- Your name, business name, email address, and phone number when you fill out our contact form or book a call
- Messages and information you send us describing your business needs
- Payment information processed through Stripe (we do not store card numbers directly)
- Business account credentials you share with us to set up automation systems on your behalf
We may also collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit our website, through standard web server logs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your enquiries and deliver the services you have engaged us for
- Set up and maintain automation systems, websites, and tools on your behalf
- Send service-related communications such as invoices, updates, and reports
- Improve our services and understand how clients engage with our work
- Comply with legal obligations under applicable Canadian law
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
To deliver our services, we use the following third-party platforms. Each has its own privacy policy and terms:
- GoHighLevel — CRM, SMS automation, and workflow platform used to set up client automation systems
- Twilio — Used for SMS sending and phone number management
- Stripe — Used for payment processing. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored by us
- Calendly — Used for booking discovery and strategy calls
We only share your information with these services to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as we have an active service relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward as required by law or legitimate business need. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days except where retention is required by Canadian law.
6. Your Rights (PIPEDA)
As a resident of Canada, you have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent for non-essential uses of your data
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, including using secure communication channels and limiting access to credentials to only what is necessary to deliver your service.
