• Respond to your enquiries and deliver the services you have engaged us for

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver our services, we use the following third-party platforms. Each has its own privacy policy and terms:

• GoHighLevel — CRM, SMS automation, and workflow platform used to set up client automation systems
• Twilio — Used for SMS sending and phone number management
• Stripe — Used for payment processing. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored by us
• Calendly — Used for booking discovery and strategy calls

We only share your information with these services to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as we have an active service relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterward as required by law or legitimate business need. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days except where retention is required by Canadian law.

6. Your Rights (PIPEDA)

As a resident of Canada, you have rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), including the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for non-essential uses of your data
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
