Refund Policy

We want every client to feel confident working with us. This policy explains exactly when and how refunds apply so there are no surprises.
1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (New Clients)
For first-time clients on any automation or AI setup service, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the setup fee. If the system we build does not function as described in your service agreement within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund of the setup fee.
To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at ajayi.m@outlook.com within 30 days of your service going live. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
2. Setup Fees
- Before work begins: If you cancel before we have started any setup work, your setup fee will be refunded in full within 5 business days
- After work has begun: Once setup work has commenced, setup fees are non-refundable unless the 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies (see Section 1)
- After delivery: Setup fees are non-refundable once the system has been delivered and confirmed as working
3. Monthly Retainer Fees
- Monthly retainer fees are not refundable for the current billing period once the billing cycle has started
- If you cancel your service with 30 days written notice, no further charges will be applied after the notice period ends
- If we fail to deliver a service we have committed to in a given month due to an error on our part, we will credit that month's retainer to your next invoice
4. Website and App Development Projects
- Before work begins: Full refund of any deposit paid
- During development (milestone 1 complete): 50% of the deposit is non-refundable to cover work completed to date
- After final delivery: No refunds once the project has been delivered and accepted. Revisions within the agreed scope will be addressed at no additional cost
5. Circumstances Not Covered by Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You change your mind about the service after work has begun
- Disruption caused by third-party platform outages (GoHighLevel, Twilio, Stripe, etc.) outside our control
- Delays caused by your failure to provide required access, information, or approvals in a timely manner
- Dissatisfaction with business results (e.g., number of leads recovered) where the system itself is functioning as described
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in termination of service
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at ajayi.m@outlook.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name and business name
- The service you are requesting a refund for
- The reason for your request
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
7. Disputes
We genuinely want to resolve any issue fairly. If you are unhappy with a refund decision, please reach out directly and we will do our best to find a reasonable resolution before either party pursues any formal process. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
